Lapo's is an Atlanta-based non-alcoholic beverage brand whose recipes are inspired by the aperitivo traditions of Florence, Italy. It produces 0.0 percent ABV, fermentation-free Italian-style drinks including a bittersweet Aperitivo and a canned Negroni built from botanical extracts such as gentian, hibiscus, and bitter orange. The Negroni was recognized in BevNET's Best of 2024 awards.
